We're happy to refund you for any item within 14 days of receipt. We can't refund the shipping cost or pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel your order at any point up until it is dispatched.
Do any of your grades contain palm products?
Yes, but we're proud to say that our palm products are 100% sustainably sourced. All of our suppliers are members of the RSPO, and we ourselves are associate members of RSPO. Some products like our stearic acid are mass balance (MB) products. The MB supply chain model is a system which, on a purely administrative level, monitors the trade of RSPO-certified palm oil products throughout the entire supply chain.
Do you have any grades suitable for vegan qualification?
Yes, many of our grades are vegan – look out for the “vegan” icon on a product's page.
What steps are you as a business taking to be more environmentally friendly?
We're working on ISO 14001 accreditation, and hope to have the qualification by the end of 2020. We're members of ECO Packaging alliance, and are constantly looking for more eco-friendly packaging options. We use 100% renewable energy at our Head Office. Our aim is to make 1875.co.uk totally plastic-free by the end of 2020.
